Just remember two things, writes Harvey Mackay, 1. The person who knows “how” will always have a job and 2. the person who knows “why” will always be the boss.”

As Simon Sinek, says, “people don’t buy what we do, they buy why we do it.”

I have been toying this week with the idea of of being “in service” to everyone I come into contact with and everyone I do business with. Meaning, that I want everyone I come into contact with to feel like I value them and it is my intention that however we interact with each other I want them to achieve what they are choosing for themselves and to get it in the best possible way. Or even better would be to inspire them to choose, better, bigger and brighter for themselves as a result of our meeting.

I believe this idea of giving or being in service is one of the big reasons I’m driven to to purse the life of my dreams. Lasting total success and happiness is created with the cooperation and generosity of others. We’re all in this together and together, we can accomplish all things.

This is my why, let’s get to the top, together, and then keep on climbing.
